END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Florius UG Schools International (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your use of the Florius UG Schools International mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. USER RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Use the App for unlawful or prohibited activities.

Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App without permission.

Interfere with the App’s security or functionality.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

The App offers in-app purchases and subscriptions via Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Purchases are processed through Apple or Google, and their respective refund policies apply.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users (parents, schools, marketers) may upload content (text, images, videos).

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it within the App.
You must not upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content without authorization.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and process data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

6. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete the App and cease all use.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. PLATFORM-SPECIFIC TERMS

8.1 For Apple Users

This Agreement is between You and Us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App.
Apple is not liable for maintenance, support, or claims related to the App.
Refunds are handled by Apple, per their App Store policies.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and has the right to enforce it.

8.2 For Google Play Users

This Agreement is between You and Us, not Google. Google is not responsible for the App.

Refunds are handled by Google, per their Play Store policies.

Google has no obligation to provide support for the App.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Uganda.

10. CHANGES TO AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the App signifies acceptance.
