Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Florious UG Schools International (“Florious”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This app is designed to help users (parents/students) search for schools, enable schools to create and manage profiles, and allow marketers to advertise relevant services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

User Categories and Responsibilities

Parents/Students

Can search for schools based on filters such as location, academic performance, and facilities.
Must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Are solely responsible for their interactions with schools.

Schools

Must ensure that all information provided (school details, images, videos, and mission statements) is accurate and up to date.
Are responsible for managing their profile and responding to inquiries.
Agree not to misrepresent their school or provide misleading information.

Marketers

Can promote products/services relevant to schools or parents.
Must ensure that advertisements comply with applicable laws and do not contain misleading information.
Are responsible for managing their promotions within the app.

In-App Purchases & Subscription Fees

Certain features of the app may require a subscription or one-time payment.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
No unauthorized data scraping, hacking, or system interference is allowed.
Users must not post false, misleading, or offensive content.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

The accuracy of school information provided by schools.
The outcome of any interactions between parents/students and schools.
The accuracy of marketer advertisements.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Ugandan law.

Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ugandan courts.
